Non-localized bibliography strings

This package is used for typesetting articles in several languages. However, the file acmnumeric.bbx has several hardcoded English strings, e.g.

\DeclareFieldFormat[patent]{number}{Patent No.~#1}
\DeclareFieldFormat{urldate}{Retrieved\space{}#1\space{}from}
\DeclareFieldFormat{lastaccessed}{Retrieved\space{}#1\space{}from}

It would be good to either restrict bibliographies to be typeset in English regardless of the surrounding language, and update the documentation to that effect, or offer a mechanism for translating such strings.
