How to make zapret only for 1 app

I enabled zapret to fix cloudflared but zapret is lagging my entire windows 10's network for some reason. How to make zapret only work on cloudflared.exe

Zapret uses Windows traffic interception from Windivert. It then processes what was redirected.
What you want has nothing to do with Zapret. It's also difficult to expect much from an application at end-of-life.
