output_test.h5ad obs and var #8

Dear liulab,
Thank you for your work, which has been inspiring and helpful to us. While using your tool and running the tutorial, I noticed that when reading the output h5ad file, the gene names appeared in 'obs' while 'var' only contained numeric indices instead of gene names. This makes it look like the adata was transposed. Is this normal, or did I make some mistake in my usage?
