Make possible to disable repost button in posts and cancel the repost from specific users

Describe the Feature

At the present, it is possible to configure the interactions of a post to disable others to quote a post. I suggest to make possible to disable the reposting action altogether.

In addition to that, treat the reposts the same way Bluesky already treats quote reposts, in the sense of making possible to remove a repost from a specific user, removing the post from their timeline.

The images contain text in Brazilian Portuguese, but I believe they are still easy to identify.

The ability to turn off reposts for your posts is being implemented at the protocol level:

bluesky-social/atproto#3503

However, I don't know if this will include being able to remove reposts from specific users who have already reposted a post.
