Raspberry Pi-4

I would like to install bgfx in Code::Blocks on my Raspberry Pi-4 so that I can make graphics calls from my C++ programs. How can I do that? I don't have Visual Studio for Windows 10 on the Raspberry O/S.

I'm not familiar with Code::Blocks, but you could generate makefiles for RaspberryPi (genie --gcc=rpi --with-amalgamated gmake), and then look what needs to be compiled and add it to Code::Blocks manually.
