In Windows Mail you can have mails popped out as a separate window from the main app. I found no such option in WinoMail so if there isn't one I think it would be a great addition.

Additional context
I really liked this feature in Windows Mail as it allowed me to compose a mail in one window while being able to browse my inboxes in another. Having both the composed letter and received references open side by side helps my productivity a lot. Please consider adding this popout feature! In every other aspect I found WinoMail amazingly close to the original experience, there are some things that are even better. Thank you for this client!
