"Network Error when attempting to fetch resource" when trying to save new logins

Steps To Reproduce

When attempting to save new logins to the web client - iOS and MacOS for Firefox - error returned is "Network Error when attempting to fetch resource". Have attempted with and without VPN active. This is using the FirefoxExtensionand AppleStore app. Not self-hosting.

Expected Result

I sign up to a site. I click save on my passwords. I expect bitwarden to save the username and passwords.

Actual Result

I attempt to save new login data using the Bitwarden functions on a website, it fails and, I receive the ""Network Error when attempting to fetch resource" instead, the execution fails. I attempt the date manually, I receive the ""Network Error when attempting to fetch resource" instead, the execution fails.

I attempted to reproduce your issue and was unable to do so.

Could you please try reinstalling your Bitwarden clients by following the below steps:

• Uninstall the Bitwarden client
• Restart the device (perform a full power cycle, shutting the device down completely and then restarting it)
• Reinstall Bitwarden from the download link below
