Latest beta incompatible with latest android app

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to google play store
2. Click on bitwarden install
3. Add self-hosted url
4. Enter username and password

Expected Result

Successful login to the vault

Actual Result

Unable to login due to an unexpected error.

Additional Context

The latest unified beta version available is 25.2.2 but the latest android app available is 25.10. I had to manually downgrade the android app ( and also the linux app) to be able to log in to the self hosted vault running on the unified beta.

Turns out I was using an out of date bitwarden image. When i switched to ghcr.io/bitwarden/self-host:beta, I was able to pull the image of the latest version. I am also able to access this using the latest android app version installed from the app store. Closing this since it is now resolved.
