Helm Chart Version should be SemVer

Steps To Reproduce

Helm Chart is versioned as year.month.date
This does not conform to SemVer and breaks automatic updating of Bitwarden deployment and Helm standards.

Expected Result

Helm chart should abide by SemVer versioning. Many Helm platforms, such as ArgoCD, rely on this versioning to control automatic updates and patching.

Actual Result

There is no way to know if a newer version of the Bitwarden Helm chart breaks backwards compatibility with existing Values.

Hey @avo-sepp, you are correct that this isn't the common and recommended approach by Helm.

We are looking into this to understand the greater impact this could mean for our users.

This is now in-progress, and you can now find the SemVer tag here https://github.com/bitwarden/helm-charts/releases/tag/self-host-1.0.0.

You can upgrade using the Helm --version flag and specifying the tag. We will continue to update this issue as we progress through the migration.
