I tried install the latest version and also install from source, and also setup the PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include the cuda library path, but still keep getting the below error. I searched similar issues and most of them were in windows, while I am running in Centos. How do i fix this problem? Thanks!

[root@localhost Code]# python3 -m bitsandbytes
False

Same issue on debian, I have cuda 12.2 installed and properly added to PATH. 'libcudart.so' is present at that location and the bitsandbytes lookup isn't finding it. I also noticed that it's searching for:

['libcudart.so.11.0', 'libcudart.so.12.0']

which actually aren't in that folder from when I downloaded it from nvidia (per the cude_install.sh script).
