Staging -> Master branch rules + E2E testing

We really should mature this repo to have a clear staging -> master rule enforcement.
Additionally, we really should have some means of automated testing. The ideal scenario is: Upon staging PR readiness run through all standard and reasonable scenarios such as creation, update, deletion.
