This puts all the client-side elements together as a local desktop wallet to work with applications using the
Wallet SDK. The wallet-toolbox components will be wrapped into a desktop application including the
Signer, Storage, Wallet APM. Build paths for the latest Mac, Windows, and Linux operating Systems.
