Help menu: optimize

• Join "Ask a question" and "Report a bug" -> "Ask a question or report a bug"
• Add more contact information, e.g. via sub menu -> Mailing list, Project email, mastodon
• Consider removing FAQ.md from make file because Help menu opens online version always.
