File view: Some files false hidden in encrypted mode

Tested this with pre-packaged 1.6.1 for Debian unstable/14. Needs further investigation.

1. Create and run a local encrypted (gocryptfs) profile. (content was ~/Downloads/backintime*deb)
2. Select the last backup in timeline.
3. Files not shown in tree view if "show hidden files" (the green eye) is disabled.

Needs further investigation. I was not able to reproduce this with an EncFS profile in 1.5.5.

I did some research about it. Still not sure what cause this. But it might be about how Qt and its filesystemmodel/proxy internally reacts to file attributes returned by the gocryptfs fuse mount system.

On idea is to disable Qts own filter logic and filtering ourself in a QSortFilterProxyModel.filterAcceptsRow().

The whole treeview code needs refactoring and separation.
