Does this happen with all offers? Is your DAO in consensus? Check by going to DAO > Network Monitor |

Most of them. I found one after some time looking which worked, but I would assume that I can not take about 95% of the offers. DAO is syncronized and working. |

Today, I deleted bisq.spvchain and have it re-sync, but problem still exists on some of the offers. About 90% of them go into timeout. |

Installed v1.9.21 on windows machine (update from 1.9.19). Now I can not take any offer due to error message "Timeout reached: Peer has not responded".
Deleting TOR files has not resolved the problem. Tor V3 already implemented
