Add react-native support

Hey,

Could you add support for equivalent rules from react-native?

This would help migrate some projects to biome, which owners prefers to have it in there.

Some projects tend to make use of this one also, I suppose it could be used as reference for values. https://github.com/facebook/react-native/tree/HEAD/packages/eslint-config-react-native
