Network Explorer: "Data" output is actually "Selected Data"

Expected behavior

When using the Data output of Network Explorer, the next (downstream) widget should receive all the data, even if nothing is selected.

Actual behavior

The Data output's behavior is identical to that of Selected Data: only if network points are selected, their data is transferred.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

See attached workflow. When the Data output is used, Network Explorer only outputs selected data.
