request: hide .cluster phenotypes

Problem:
I would like to try to create plots that just have my treatment groups listed. However, some of the plots also contain the "cluster" groups that are generated during data analysis. Is there a way to either run the data analysis without generating these clusters or to remove them from the plots? More specifically, this is happening on the WGCNA plots (Modules and Intramodular).

Possible solution:

• Add filter for specific plots or entire tab
• Filter pgx$samples for entire session (might be dangerous for precomputed results).
