I'll take a look at the templates when I get a chance, but the most likely culprit in this type of failure is having the wrong bit diameter set on the tool

Bit dovetail bit diameter set at .5, straight set at .25.. I sincerely thank u for an incredibly easy to navigate program

your program is correct, but there was no where in the Shaper vid where they said change the dovetail bit diameter to equal the dovetail bit diameter entered in the program.... sorry, enjoy the day
