Если после "экспорт" в заголовке метода сразу стоит ";", то метод не определяется как экспортный
Пример для УТ: Общий модуль - МенеджерОборудованияКлиент - "Функция ПараметрыЗаписиМеткиRFID() Экспорт; "

это ведь ошибчно написание...

Таких случаев в типовой УТ - 33 (из них 30 случаев в подсистеме БПО) поэтому и написал
У себя я исправил, но если типовые не планируется разбирать, то да, это не важно.
