docs(readme): add UMS satellite badge overlay on Evolith master-view hero image

Generate composite hero image (Evolith master-view + UMS badge) with a
rounded indigo badge in the top-right corner showing a green active dot,
"UMS" title in white and "Official Evolith Satellite Product" subtitle in
violet. Image stored locally at docs/diagrams/evolith-ums-satellite.png
(1920×1047px, optimized). README updated to reference the local asset.
