Pasting (add) of consequences is not working

Environment

• OS: Win11
• Version: 1.9.24

Describe the bug
Pasting (add) of consequences of actions is not working.

To Reproduce

• Copy the consequences of action 1 (true or false)
• Try to paste (add) them into action 2 --> nothing is happening.
• Pasting (replace) is working fine.

Expected behavior
I expect the copied consequences to be added additionally to the existing consequences of the action. Instead nothing is happening.

If you want to do that, copy just one consequence not all of them for now
