link and atom:link behavior when OUTPUT_FILE is set

"link" and "atom:link" is still addressing dir2cast.php when OUTPUT_FILE is set. Expecting it to change to OUTPUT_FILE location

@NightEagle14 can you give me explicit examples of what it does, and what you want?

I wouldn't expect OUTPUT_FILE to change the link locations, as it's just for saying where you want the podcast RSS XML saved (rather than output)
