Is there a way to split multiple artists by semicolon?

I've been pulling my hair out a bit trying to find a solution to this and haven't found a clear answer. I prefer to have my artist field hold all the artists that worked on a track.

For example, for this track: Chance the Rapper - No Problem (feat Lil Wayne & 2 Chainz)
I would like the ID3 Artist field to have the artists split by semicolon like so after tagging/import: Chance the Rapper; Lil Wayne; 2 Chainz

If anyone has a solution to be able to accomplish this, that would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
