Brave + Omarchy: AbortError: Registration failed - push service error

I am using Brave Browser on Omarchy. Even when I specifically allowed notifications with browser permissions, the button for notifications shows a warning icon

When I pressed the button again (regardless of whether notification permissions are enabled or not), I see this error in the console:

I have tried using different devices, different accounts, and I'm not getting notifications on desktop. I do receive push notifications on mobile PWAs though.
