It seems like it would be handy to have a few keyword @mentions that worked. These are pretty conventional these days, no?

I went ahead and built this. It's working great. Happy to submit a PR if there's interest.

Implementation summary:

• @ALL, @everyone, and @room appear in the autocomplete dropdown
• Uses ActionText attachments (same pattern as user mentions)
• Triggers push notifications to all room members (who have notifications 'on')
• Consistent visual styling with user mentions
