Content Missing Upon User Tag

This issue is not generally to all the users but half of the users in my team on the app I am currently running.

I cant seem to be able to tag some users , i do get content missing and the message would fail to drop on the target channel as sseen in screenshot below:

Upon checking the console, this is what i found as shown below:
