Waybar items (bluetooth, wifi etc.) as bindings and launcher apps

Waybar launches TUI interfaces for bluetooth, wifi, etc. These are also avaliable in the super+alt+space -> setup menu but would be far quicker and easier to launch via a keybind, especially bluetooth which I am constantly connecting to my headset.

Also as a launcher app under super+space to quick search these. Out of scope but searching for subitems in the root of the super+alt+space menu would make things in general, this is probably limited by the launcher tooling though

Instead of binding to bluetui on my own config, I decided to just make it do the reconnect with bluetoothctl:

Would still be a nice to have these system tui apps under the default bindings too
