Logging into Office365 not working with Microsoft Authenticator and Passkeys

What's wrong?

I am using Chromium to try to log into Office 365 (work account) and as part of that I need to use Microsoft Authenticator along with a Passkey. When logging in, I use my iPhone to scan the QR code that appears as a pop up. Both devices have bluetooth on and a button to confirm I want to use the passkey, on my phone, and I login. This is not working with Omarchy. I know bluetooth is working but for some reason the two devices are not able to talk to each other. The process doesn't require me to directly connect the phone to the computer. Works perfectly on Win11 and MacOS so not an issue with work. I also tried Brave and Firefox.

I also tried logging into iCloud with a similar scan QR code and the passkey on my phone will log me in. That also didn't work. So, any scanning QR Code Passkey process is currently not working.

it works when the authenticator is on my ipad. I have no idea!
