How to turn off VS Code theme from system?

I want to use different theme than that from system. Every time I open VS Code it switch back.

How to make this manual change permanent? How to op-out?

This issue has nothing to do with omarchy itself but here is the solution:

This should be changed from the vscode's settings.json.

as mentioned in the answer here.

you need to change the values workbench.colorTheme and theme-by-language.themes values in settings.json
