How to set up wired ethernet

Is there a similar TUI for wired ethernet, that there is for wifi? (for wifi the builtin TUI is impala, when you click on the network on waybar.)
Or what is the preferred method to bring up wired ethernet on omarchy?

(I do it like this in command line:
ip a
sudo ip link set enp0s31f6 up
sudo ip addr add 172.16.1.2/24 dev enp0s31f6 )
