Hyprland Input Config Not Being Respected

What's wrong?

Upon updating, the configs located in the .config/ (super + shift + space -> setup -> input) are not being respected.
This is my input.conf:

Setting my keyboard layout to gb and disabling natural scrolling has no effect, even after a reboot. I've even tried modifying .local/share/omarchy/config/hypr/input.conf to try and setting the same options there, but it still doesn't work. Waybar hyprland/language reports my keyboard layout as us, even though this is never set anywhere.
Any help is appreciated.

To fix my keyboard layout I had to modify .local/share/omarchy/default/hypr/input.conf so something clearly isn't reading my config. My hyprland.conf does correctly source my own configs, so I'm not sure why this is an issue:
