How do I switch keyboard layout?

I have set up:

kb_layout = us,nl,gb

in input.conf.

Relaunched hyprland of course. But pressing Left ALT + Right ALT (like the config tells me to do), doesnt do anything. Any guesses?

by any chance, is that line still hash-tagged out? like this

# kb_layout = en

i figured it out, it was the next line, i had to uncomment the # ,grp:alts_toggle bit
