Currently telescopes handles network performance for ec2 only.
(We have defined a few -experimental- categories in telescopes and ec2 network performance categories are mapped to these categories)
We need something similar for GCE and Azure.
This issue is about discovering an analysing how network performance can be retrieved and integrated in telescopes for the GCE and Azure.
The done criteria for this issue is to come up with the findings (not necessarily with the final solution) and present it for the telescopes team . (If found, the solution implementation is a matter of a new issue)
