p86 の以下の側注

ASCII英字は、a～zのアルファベット小文字とA～Zのアルファベット大文字です。

対応する本文はこれ

HTMLのタグ名は「ASCII英字(ASCII alpha)」で始まる必要があり、数字で始まることは許されません。

側注の位置が対応する本文よりもずいぶん上にあるので、少し下に移動したい。
(これに伴って次の側注も下に移動するが、スペースはあるようにみえる)
