Editing doesn't seem to be very successful

I ran the experiment presented in the paper as suggested in the readme:
python apply_time.py --with_to_k --with_augs --train_func train_closed_form --lamb 0.1 --save_dir results --begin_idx 0 --end_idx 104 --num_seeds 24

And a banana edited into a blue banana looks like this:

And using the huggingface ModelEditingPipeline example (https://huggingface.co/docs/diffusers/v0.16.0/en/api/pipelines/stable_diffusion/model_editing), editing "a pack roses" into "a pack of blue roses", applied on "a field of roses" looks like this:

Is this expected, or am I doing anything wrong?
