Update ResoniteModSettings to use the new settings system

I know Halo does not have enough time to do this but I'm just putting it here

another mod loader called MonkeyLoader has implemented this functionality and i was told that the method that it uses could also be used for ResoniteModLoader the settings data feed is dynamic so I think this wouldn't be too hard to do

also this frees up a button on the dash which is always nice

The mod could be updated to inject items into the existing feed, but then you're confined to the restrictions of the stock settings datafeed item templates. See also resonite-modding-group/ResoniteModLoader#11 and resonite-modding-group/ResoniteModLoader#15 for integrating a mod settings feed directly into RML.
