Current Behaviour
RTS mod seems has issue unconfirmed which procedured :
1, Players gos with NPC and modified original Racial Spell ;
2, Server show Racial Spell has removed and learned new spell ;
3, Character Log out , and agian Log in ;
[ the original Racial Spell Occur and rised agian ]
Expected Behaviour
Seems this issue nobro to fix yet .
Steps to reproduce the problem
issue procedured :
