NPC vendor does not offer any services

Hello,

I have installed this mod and have placed the new NPC in game. When I speak to him the Dialogue just says Greetings and nothing else, just a goodbye button at the bottom of the box. I am hoping this is some simple mistake I've made.

You probably did not compile the core with the module correctly. Ensure its in the modules folder, rerun cmake and compile.
