Current Behaviour

Summon form Haiphoon does very little damage (approx. 200 per hit)

Expected Behaviour

Per youtube video below, damage per hit should be mid 1000s.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Accept quest Song of Wind and Water from Soo-Nee (Sholazar Basin 53,56)
2. Go to Stormwright's Shelf (Sholazar Basin 27,34) and use quest item Drums of the Tempest to transform into Haiphoon.
3. Use the first skill (should be water bolt in water form and lightning bolt in lighting form)

Does it matter? Should a level 80 quest be giving you a mount that does 200 damage a hit to a 12k health mob?

Yes it does matter, because finding a official source (a video from official servers) that proves or disproves your current issue, using another emulator or private server as "reference" for how it should or not behave is not valid
