The achievement 'The Undying' can still be gotten if a raid member dies to Kel'Thuzads shadow fissure zones
Having another raid member die to ice block, frost bolt, or adds, and the achievement doesn't trigger. Only to the shadow fissure.
Expected Behaviour
A player dying to a shadow fissure zone should make those within the raids ineligible for The Undying, if going by what the achievement text says where no one should die during a boss fight.

I'm going by comments on the achievement on wowhead
This one comments don't die to KTs shadow fissure/void zone.
There are however some comments from an early WotLK patch when Naxx was first out saying they died on 4H and didn't get it. Maybe a void death shouldn't count, but I also feel if it didn't count there would have been someone saying 'I/someone in my raid died to KT void and still got the achievement'
If anyone has any further research which can prove or disprove then it would be great

Kill all raid bosses up to KT
At KT, summon additional raid member
Start KT
Wait for the additional raid member to die to a shadow fissure/void zone
Kill KT
Undying is still achieved
I haven't tested the 25 man version 'The Immortal'

Video of killing KT and getting the achievement when another raid member clearly dies from his shadow fissure zone
