Table import doesn't work for offline tables #116

First of all, congrats for this provider!

I was trying the import feature for an offline table and found that StreamIngestionConfig is optional and not present for offline tables.

That said, the convert function expects to always exists an IngestionConfig present.

I will try to send you a PR ASAP after validating it.
