support Arabic

There is a problem in Arabic writing.

I know Arabic, this is expected.
Currently, tview (a library used by Discordo) does not support Arabic.

Fixing this problem would simply take too much effort. Sorry but this is the way how terminals work, no Arabic support by-default.

Treating this as a far-feature (will think about it later if ever).
