Multiple instruments

Does the template currently support multiple instruments? My use case is creating a MOCK observed in more than one bands. I could currently achieve it with using distinct but very similar COOLEST files with the appropriate parameters changed (instrument, observation, and fluxes).

For now I would also use different template files, since only one instrument can be stored in the json hierarchy currently. If you can leave with it for your application it's fine, but if not I agree this would be a useful feature to have at some point. I need to think about it more though.
