Issues compiling on Windows / Empty zlib folder #3

Description

@Bluekey007

Hi! First of all, thank you so much for your hard work and for sharing this amazing project. I really appreciate it!

(Note: I don't speak English, so I am using Google Translate to write this message).

I wanted to let you know that I really tried my best to compile the project on Windows 11, but I ran into a couple of issues. Also, please note that I am using Visual Studio 2022 Community Edition (since Enterprise is paid), so maybe some components or configurations behave differently here.

Here is what happened during my attempts:

The build.bat script fails to load the environment variables properly, giving errors regarding VCToolsInstallDir.

When trying to compile directly through the Visual Studio IDE, the build fails with error C1083 because the win32/zlib/src folder is completely empty. It seems some files or submodules were left out of the repository.

Thank you again for your time and your effort! I just wanted to share this so you can clarify these doubts or check the repository whenever you have some free time.
