Remove requirement for `authors` field

Hey,

Currently the authors field in your Cargo.toml is required. (I am not sure if that's in general or this has something to do with wix?).

This field is deprecated.

Maybe move this into the dist.toml and that's gets used as a fallback.

This is a wix requirement, yes - it's not required for other package types. Good to know, thanks for reporting this! I didn't realize that field was deprecated. I think it should be possible to use it from dist.toml, but I'll need to double check that it'll handle it properly.
