Support Java/Kotlin projects

Description
The agent currently focuses on Node.js and Python projects. To broaden adoption, we should add support for Java and Kotlin projects.

Change

• Detect pom.xml / build.gradle as dependency files.
• Scan for dependencies vulnerabilities also in Java and Kotlin projects.

Why

• Many enterprise apps rely on Java/Kotlin.
• Expands usefulness beyond current ecosystems.

Tasks

• Add detection for Java/Kotlin project files.
• Integrate appropriate scanners and implement tool.
• Adjust prompts where needed.
• Update docs and examples.
