Add file formats to dataset YAML

Explore way to add a delimited list of available file formats to yaml. These could then be parsed using tools like https://github.com/giswqs/aws-open-data/blob/master/aws_open_datasets.py. Also should explore validation methods against a global list of known file types to avoid redundant names.
