fix(amazon-sns-sqs-mcp-server): remove pytest from runtime dependencies (#4557)

pytest was declared in [project].dependencies, so installing the server pulled the test framework and its dependency chain into user environments. It is already declared in the dev dependency group, making the runtime entry both incorrect and redundant (and inconsistent: >=8.3.5 vs >=8.0.0).

Resolved runtime dependency set drops from 61 to 56 packages, removing pytest, iniconfig, packaging, pluggy and tomli. The 50-test suite still passes at 96% coverage via the dev group.
