.NET Standard Memcached

To whom it may concern,

Do to there not being a .NET Core/Standard available library for your Memcached services, and I had an immediate need for one, I ported the code from this project, and the enyim/EnyimMemcached project, to create the .NET Standard 2.0 Library Kaelum/EnyimMemcachedStandard. This port, with the exception of the Windows Performance counters (removed), should be fully functional by any application that can use a .NET Standard 2.0 library, and should be useful to anyone interested in #6 - .NET Core Compatability.

The bad news, I don't have the time to manage this project over time, so I am hoping that Amazon will create a fork and take on the task of managing the code long term. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
